Tirana Central Park is SAM Architects first large international project encompassing 15 hectares of mixed-use development in Albania’s capital.

The project has a unique setting, adjoining a boulevard, a public square and a central park with views of Mount Daji. The varying site conditions offer the opportunity to explore different building typologies with the ambition to consolidate the omnipresent outdoor culture, the local colours and the Mediterranean light of Tirana.

The scheme proposes strong colours, capturing and complementing the colour palette of contemporary Tirana.
