The model enables homeowners, developers, and investors to create an affordable living environment that can be expanded and tailored to suit the needs of its owner. While a singular modular house can be built, the system is designed to work as part of a broader community.
The design of each of the house type is based on a grid system which allows multiple variations to suit each project. Each house puts the light, space, large windows and the connection to the outside at its heart. Modern finishes, high ceilings and full height windows contribute to the zero carbon living.
